Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a jacket you already own and comparing it to our chart for the best fit. Yes, genuine leather naturally softens and molds to your body with wear. We recommend sizing for a slightly snug fit initially, as the leather will relax over the first few wears. If your jacket doesn't fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details. Our jackets generally run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific size chart on each product page since fit can vary slightly by style. We carry an extended size range on most styles. Reach out to our support team if you need help finding the right fit or have questions about a specific size. Men's and women's jackets are cut differently through the shoulders, chest, and waist. Always use the size chart for the specific style and gender you're ordering, rather than converting from a different category. Yes, if you plan to layer underneath regularly, sizing up one size gives you extra room through the chest and shoulders without the jacket feeling restrictive. You can use a piece of string or ribbon to wrap around your chest, waist, or shoulders, then measure the length of the string against a ruler. See our Size Guide page for exact instructions. Compare your own measurements to our size chart on the Size Guide page, and if you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable, layerable fit.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Contact our support team with your order number and we'll walk you through the process, including a prepaid return label where applicable. Return shipping is free for exchanges. For refunds, a small return shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly communicated before you ship your item back. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Yes, gifted items can be exchanged for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team with the order number or gift receipt to get started. Jackets must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached and packaging intact, to qualify for a return or exchange. Sale and clearance items are generally eligible for the same 30-day return policy unless noted otherwise on the product page at checkout.
Product Care & Quality
Yes, all of our jackets are made from 100% genuine leather, carefully selected and finished for durability and a premium look and feel. Store your jacket on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight and heat. Condition the leather every few months with a quality leather conditioner, and avoid soaking it in water. Light rain won't damage genuine leather, but we recommend avoiding heavy exposure to water. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally away from direct heat. Wipe away surface dirt with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend taking it to a professional leather cleaner rather than using household cleaning products. Every jacket is quality-checked before shipping. If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We offer bomber, biker, aviator, and shearling styles, each with its own silhouette and detailing. Check each product page for style-specific features and materials. Genuine leather naturally develops a richer patina with age and wear, which is part of its character. Keeping it out of direct sunlight for long periods and conditioning it occasionally helps it age evenly. Most zipper and hardware issues can be repaired by a local tailor or leather specialist. Contact our support team first — depending on the issue, it may also be covered under our warranty. "Genuine leather" is a broad category, while full-grain leather uses the entire, unaltered top layer of the hide — making it the most durable and premium option. We use genuine, full-grain leather across our jackets for lasting quality.
